Pignataro v. Scinta

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Seneca County (Dennis F. Bender, A.J.), entered October 16, 2006. The order denied the motion of plaintiff for leave to renew his opposition to defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint.
