Opinion of the Court
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Eng, J.), rendered December 14, 2005, convicting him of attempted robbeiy in the first degree (two counts), attempted robbery in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), and reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the Supreme Court
The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80 [1982]).
The defendant’s remaining contentions are without merit. Skelos, J.P, Fisher, Dillon and McCarthy, JJ., concur.
