Thompson v. McQueeney

*1260Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Kenneth R. Fisher, J.), entered March 3, 2008 in an action for, inter alia, a permanent injunction. The judgment awarded plaintiffs attorneys’ fees in the sum of $53,626.68.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
