Wellesley Island Water Corp. v. Wells Island Realty Corp.

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County (Hugh A. Gilbert, J.), entered February 2, 2011. The order, among other things, dismissed plaintiff’s first amended complaint.
