People v. Stewart

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (M. William Boiler, A.J.), rendered July 15, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
