Opinion of the Court

Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated March 27, 2007 (People v Willard, 38 AD3d 924 [2007]), affirming an amended judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 28, 2005, and a judgment of the same court rendered April 8, 2005.
