People v. Williams

Judgments, Supreme Court, Bronx County (William Mogulescu, J.), rendered March 21, 2013, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree, attempted assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and menacing in the second degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 10 years of incarceration and five years of post-release supervision, unanimously affirmed.

Although we do not find that defendant made a valid waiver of the right to appeal, we perceive no basis for reducing the sentence. Concur — Sweeny, J.P., Acosta, Richter and ManzanetDaniels, JJ.
