Fumerelle v. Visone Bros., Inc.

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Emilio L. Colaiacovo, J.), entered November 15, 2016. The order, among other things, granted the motion of defendants-third-party plaintiffs and cross motion of third-party defendants for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs amended complaint and all cross claims.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs for reasons stated in the decision at Supreme Court (2016 NY Slip Op 51893[U] [2016]).
