DECISION & ORDER
In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mark I. Partnow, J.), dated September 21, 2016. The order granted the motion of the defendant Ameriquest Mortgage Company for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint insofar as asserted against it.
ORDERED that the order is affirmed, with costs.
For the reasons stated in Sudit v Eliav ( ___ AD3d ___ [decided herewith]), the order is affirmed.
