Triano v. Brooklyn Heights Railroad

Under the recent decision of the appellate division of the First department, reversing Phillip Semmer Glass Co. v. Nassau Show-Case Co., 28 Misc. Rep. 577, 59 N. Y. Supp. 530, the judgment herein must be reversed. Judgment reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event.
