Vincent v. Metropolitan Street Railway Co.
Vincent v. Metropolitan Street Railway Co.
35 Misc. 830; 72 N.Y.S. 1132
Opinion of the Court
The plaintiff’s testimony, wholly uncorroborated, is flatly contradicted by the evidence of three disinterested witnesses, and in addition that of the motorman and conductor. The verdict, therefore, is manifestly against the weight of evidence.
