Horn v. Pasquarella

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

The amount awarded as a counsel fee was excessive under the circumstances.

The judgment should be unanimously modified on the facts by reducing the counsel fee to $100 and the total recovery, inclusive of such counsel fee, to $218.20, with appropriate costs in the court below, and as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
