Per Curiam.

Appeal from order dated December 15, 1958, dismissed, with $10 costs. The order is not appealable without leave (Nassau County Dist. Ct. Act, § 190; L. 1939, ch. 274; Guadagna v. Paolini, 4 Misc 2d 794). Were the appeal properly before us, we would affirm the order entered below.
