Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

While the plaintiff’s claim, thht'liis letter of March 25, 1957 confirmed an agreement on all the essential terms of the proposed lease then reached between him, acting on behalf of the proposed lessee, and the defendant, is strongly-discredited by the letter itself, nevertheless triable issues are present.

The order should be affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
