Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

The City Court of the City of White Plains has no jurisdiction over a corporate plaintiff which maintains no office and does not regularly transact business within the said city and the transaction does not arise therein. (UCCA, ยง 213.)

The order should be unanimously reversed, with $10 costs to defendant, motion to dismiss action granted and cross motion to amend summons and complaint denied.
