People v. Reilly

—We require certified copies of the original recognizance which was forfeited, the order forfeiting the same, the record of the subsequent trial and conviction, and a certified copy of the new recognizance bond or undertaking, together with proof that the payments thereunder each week have been regularly made. The application may be renewed upon such papers upon due notice to the district attorney.
