Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed so much of the Supreme Court order as denied the motion of YBG Construction of N.Y., LLC and Bushwick Realty II, LLC for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, dismissed upon the ground that such portion of the order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
