United States ex rel. Brock v. LaVallee
Opinion of the Court
OPINION
This most recent application by petitioner (the fourth)
Petitioner makes a further claim which is not altogether clearly articulated. The State, however, contends petitioner was produced for re-sentencing pursuant to People v. Montgomery,
The petition is dismissed.
