The aforementioned settlement documents are due to the Court today, however, the parties are still in the process of finalizing the documents for submission and obtaining clients’ signatures. In light of this, the parties respectfully request a two-week extension of time to file the settlement documents. If this request is approved, the parties can file on or before August 2, 2021. This is the first request for an extension of time to file the settlement documents and this request will not affect any other dates or deadlines.
