Per your Individual Rules, we write to request an extension of time to answer the Complaint and reschedule the pre-trial conference currently scheduled for February 15, 2022. We respectfully request a 45 day extension until March 15, 2022. This is Defendant’s first request for an extension and adjournment.

Plaintiffs counsel consents to this request. This extension is necessary to provide counsel sufficient time to review all the facts within the case, conduct a proper investigation and interpose an answer on Defendant’s behalf.
