As the Court is aware, the parties have reached a settlement in the above-referenced action, and the current deadline for the parties to submit the settlement agreement for approval is today. Although the Plaintiffs and Apple Bank have now signed the settlement agreement, the Contractor Defendants will not be able to sign the agreement until next week. Accordingly, we respectfully request that the deadline to submit the settlement agreement be extended by one week, to November 11, 2022. We thank the Court for its attention to this matter.
