RONNIE ABRAMS, United States District Judge: On March 3, 2023, the Court held a telephonic initial pretrial conference in this action. At that conference, the Court observed that, because Defendant Robert Stark Lighting is a limited liability company, its principal, Mr. Jeremy Shepard, could not proceed pro se on its behalf. See, e.g., Lattanzio v. COMTA,

(2d Cir. 2007) (“[A] limited liability company [] may appear in federal court only through a licensed attorney.”). The Court further indicated it would file information related to the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) on the docket, so that Mr. Shepard could seek assistance in retaining counsel for his business, and that it would adjourn the initial pretrial conference to allow time for Defendant to do so. Attached to this order is information related to the NYLAG’s legal assistance clinic. By April 20, 2023, the parties shall file a joint letter describing the efforts made by Defendant to retain counsel, as well as proposing their availability for a telephonic conference. SO ORDERED.
