Mem., Dkt. 41; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate all open motions and to remand this case to the Supreme Court of New York, New York County. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’'s request for reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with its motion for remand is DENIED because Defendants’ notice of removal was not objectively unreasonable.
