(“Defendant”) in the above-referenced matter. We write jointly with Plaintiff Felix Castro (“Plaintiff”), to advise that the parties reached a settlement in principle and are working to draft a formal written settlement agreement. Given that the parties have resolved this litigation, we respectfully request that this Court adjourn all pending dates sine die—including the August 14, 2023, deadline for Defendant to file its response to the Complaint—and provide the parties with thirty (30) days to file their anticipated stipulation of dismissal. IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims are dismissed with prejudice. Within 30 days of this the parties may apply to reopen this case. Any such application must show good cause for holding the ase open in light of the parties’ settlement. Any request filed after 30 days or without a showing of good ause may be denied solely on that basis. if the parties wish for the Court to retain jurisdiction to enforce their settlement agreement, they submit within the same 30-day period: (1) their settlement agreement to the Court in accordance with 7.A of the Court’s Individual Practices and (2) a request that the Court issue an order expressly jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement.
