Lewis A. KAPLAN, District Judge. Plaintiffs’ first amended complaint (“FAC”) invokes subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 1332.’ The Court previously dismissed plaintiffs’ complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The FAC fails adequately to allege the existence of subject matter jurisdiction. It does not allege the nationality and citizenship of Defendant Raul Alejandro Ocasio Ruiz.’ Accordingly, the case is dismissed for lack ofjurisdiction. The Clerk shall close the case, SO ORDERED.
