WHEREAS, this action was remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) for further administrative proceedings on March 29, 2021 (ECF No. 49); WHEREAS, on November 27, 2023, the Commissioner issued a favorable decision on plaintiff’s application for benefits (ECF No. 54); IT HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed with prejudice.
The Clerk is directed to enter judgment. See Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292 (1993).
