STEWART D. AARON, United States Magistrate Judge: Plaintiff, a British citizen who is appearing pro se, brings this action asserting state law claims against Erika Stover1 (“Defendant”). By order dated September 24, 2025, the Court 0F granted Plaintiff’s request to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”), that is, without prepayment of fees. Because Plaintiff has been granted permission to proceed IFP, he is entitled to rely on the Court and the U.S. Marshals Service to effect service. Walker v. Schult,

, 123 n.6 (2d Cir. 2013); see also

(d) (“The officers of the court shall issue and serve all process . . . in [IFP] cases.”); Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) (the court must order the Marshals Service to serve if the plaintiff is authorized to proceed IFP)). However, Plaintiff did not provide Defendant’s address in his submissions; he states only that Defendant resides in New York. The Court therefore directs Plaintiff, within 30 days of the date of this Order, to provide the Court with an address where Defendant may be served. If Plaintiff does not provide
