WOODS, United States District Judge: A conference to discuss Defendant’s proposed motion to dismiss Plaintiffs first amended complaint was scheduled to occur in this matter on October 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Dkt. No. 18. On October 28, 2025, the Court, the Court’s staff, and Defendant’s counsel appeared at the October 28, 2025 conference. Plaintiff did not appear at the October 28, 2025 conference. The Court will hold additional status conferences with respect to this matter in Courtroom 12C of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Dantel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse at 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, 10007. The first will be held on November 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., and the second will be held on November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p-m.
