Henry Dispaw Senior & Henry Dispaw junior or either of them plaints agt John Giffard Defendt in an action of reveiw of a judgement granted against them or either of them at a County Court held at Boston (by adjournmt of the Generali Court) Novembr 23° 1675. *691. . . The Jury . . . founde for the Defendt costs of Court being twenty Four Shillings & ten pence.
