Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide event, uuk’ss the plaintiff stipulates within twenty days after the service of the order on him to reduce the judgment by deducting therefrom $233.75 as of the time of rendering the verdict, and in that case the judgment as so reduced affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
