Traum v. Gundersheimer

This was an action commenced for the recovery of rent for the use and occupation of certain premises in the city of New York.

The cause was tried at the circuit before a jury and a verdict was rendered for the plaintiff, and by special findings the facts were found against the theory of the defendant.

There is no merit in the appeal, and the judgment and order denying the motion for a new trial should be affirmed, with costs.
