Simmons v. City of Syracuse

Judgment reversed as to the city of Syracuse, upon the exceptions, and a new trial ordered, with costs to abide the event. (Following 49 Hun, 322; 17 N. Y. State Rep., 559; 56 Hun, 196; 31 N. Y. State Rep., 110.) Judgment as to the other defendants affirmed, with costs.
