Order reversed, with $10 costs and printing disbursements, and the motion to vacate the attachment granted, with $10 costs, unless the ..plaintiffs within 20 days pay the costs taxed in the action brought by Gerhard Wessels and another against the same defendant, (25 N. Y. Supp. 1121,) in which case, order affirmed, without costs to either party.
