Reed v. Hayt

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

So far as the questions raised on this appeal are material, they were fully discussed by the learned court, whose judgment is complained of. 51 N. Y. Super. Ct. Rep.; 19 J. & S., 121. The appellant fails to show any *145-error in the steps by which the conclusion of that court was reached, and with it we fully concur.

The judgment should be affirmed.

All concur.
