Order of the Appellate Division reversed, with costs in this court and in the Appellate Division against the State Industrial Board and claim remitted to the State Industrial Board for further proceedings under the Workmen's Compensation Act, section 15, subdivision 4. Held, that there is no sufficient proof of causal relation between the accident and the death; no opinion.
