Opinion of the Court

Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended insofar as it remands the action to the Trial Court to reassess the damages against appellant Harris by directing that, in place of said remand, the damages be reduced from $9,281.74 to $6,505.17, with interest in the sum of $1,205.62, as computed in the moving-papers, the accuracy of which computation is not challenged in the answering affidavit. [See 3 N Y 2d 615.]
