Opinion of the Court
Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by striking therefrom that portion thereof which reads “ with costs to the appellant in all courts payable out of the fund ” and. inserting in lieu thereof “ with costs to all parties appearing separately and filing separate briefs payable out of the fund”. [See 8 NY 2d 419.]
