Opinion of the Court

Motion to amend remittitur so as to conform to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States (see 371 U. S. 208) granted. Beturn of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to provide as follows: Judgment reversed in *998accordance with the mandate of .the Supreme Court of the United States, with costs in all courts, and the matter remitted to Special Term, Sullivan County, for further proceedings not inconsistent with said mandate. [See 10 N Y 2d 522.]
