Opinion of the Court

Motion to dismiss appeals granted and appeals dismissed upon the following grounds: (1) no direct appeal lies from any of the orders; (2) the order dismissing the appeal to the Appellate Division for failure to prosecute involves only questions of nonreviewable discretion, and (3) the remaining orders are nonfinal.

Motion for an order directing the committee to pay the expenses of appellant on the appeals herein denied.
