Opinion of the Court

Motion to dismiss appeal granted and appeal dismissed. No appeal lies from an order of the Appellate Division denying an application for an order compelling the People to produce defendant before the Appellate Division for the purpose of being present at the argument of his appeal from a judgment of conviction (Code Crim. Pro., §§ 519, 517, 485).
