Order affirmed in the following memorandum: It may be said that certain aspects of the conduct of the defense in this case, viewed in retrospect, were probably unwise. Only questions of trial tactics were involved, however, and we conclude that defendant was not denied effective representation. We have examined defendant’s other contentions and find them to be without merit.
