People v. Roman

Opinion of the Court

Order affirmed. The record shows a sufficient pattern of conduct by the defendants, as to one over a period of time and as to the other on the day in question, to justify the finding of probable cause (cf. People v Brown, 24 NY2d 421, 423-424).

Concur: Chief Judge Breitel and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Cooke.
