Motion by respondent Percy to dismiss the appeal herein for failure to comply with the order of the Court of Appeals dated March 20, 1975 [see 36 NY2d 756] or, in the alternative, for an order directing appellant to file a new brief and for an extension of the time within which to file a new respondent’s brief, denied on the ground of laches in bringing on the motion. Respondents’ briefs to be served and filed on or before November 14, 1975.
