Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, without costs.

*884There is insufficient evidence in the record before us to support the determination of the State Division of Human Rights that respondents discriminated against complainant in connection with the termination of her employment in August, 1971.

Chief Judge Breitel and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Cooke concur in memorandum.

Order affirmed.
