Opinion of the Court

Motion to dismiss the appeal taken by appellant-respondent Karassik herein granted and the appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that said appellant-respondent is not a party aggrieved (CPLR 5511). No appeal lies from an asserted error in the opinion of the court (Cohen and Karger, Powers of the New York Court of Appeals, § 91, pp 394-395).
