OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The judgment of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, with costs, for the reasons stated in the memorandum of the *755Appellate Division. If considerations of current public policy suggest that the statute should be amended, petition for such remedy must be addressed to the Legislature.
