Valentine v. City of New York

Opinion of the Court

OPINION OF THE COURT

On review of submissions pursuant to rule 500.2 (b) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 NYCRR 500.2 [g]), order affirmed, without costs. We agree that, as a matter of *934law, insufficient time had elapsed after the end of this heavy storm to hold the city liable for failure to clear the sidewalks of snow and ice.
