OPINION OF THE COURT

On review of submissions pursuant to section 500.4 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 NYCRR 500.4), order *722affirmed, with costs. Nothing supports the contention of the appellant that in making the award herein the arbitrator exceeded his power (CPLR 7511, subd [b], par 1, cl [iii]).
