Motion for leave to appeal as against the Public Service Commission denied. Motion for leave to appeal as against Brooklyn Union Gas dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution. Cross motion by Brooklyn Union Gas for leave to appeal dismissed as academic. Motion for a stay dismissed as academic.
