Bell v. New York Higher Education Assistance Corp.

Opinion of the Court

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the February 9, 1989 Appellate Division order denying reargument and *624so much of the December 13, 1988 Appellate Division order as affirmed Supreme Court’s March 10, 1988 order denying reargument, dismissed upon the ground that those orders insofar as sought to be appealed from do not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
